Role Overview:

Physiotherapist

Key responsibilities:

• Client Management and Therapy Delivery
• Conduct detailed assessments to understand client concerns, mobility issues, pain points, and goals.
• Deliver personalised physiotherapy sessions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, mobility improvement, and posture correction.
• Design and monitor customised therapy plans aligned with client needs (pain management, recovery, detox, weight management, etc.).
• Guide clients in daily routines, corrective movements, stretches, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain high standards of client experience with empathy, attentiveness, and professionalism.
  

Wellness Integration:

• Collaborate with Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, and Modern Science therapy teams to create integrated wellness plans.
• Support holistic client journeys by incorporating physiotherapy with other wellness modalities as needed.
• Participate in wellness activities and client engagement sessions when required.

Operations and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy outcomes, progress notes, and follow-up plans.
• Ensure therapy spaces, tools, and equipment are maintained as per SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Track inventory of physiotherapy tools and initiate replenishment requests proactively.

Client Experience and Engagement:

• Build supportive, trust-based relationships with clients throughout their wellness journey.
• Educate clients on long-term mobility, ergonomics, posture, and preventive care.
• Serve as a wellness ambassador representing The Wellness Co. at Pyramid Valley.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

  in physiotherapy, preferably in the wellness, spa, or integrative health environment.
• Proven ability to manage client wellness journeys and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal therapy, pain management, mobility techniques, and rehabilitative exercises.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary wellness teams.
