Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for Pharma roles from sourcing to onboarding
Identify and engage top talent through
headhunting, talent mapping, and networking
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and critical positions
Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets and qualify for
incentives

Requirements:

Experience:
1–5 years in recruitment (Pharma hiring preferred)
Note:
Candidates with
US/UK healthcare recruitment background will not be considered
Strong sourcing skills via job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
