PHARMA GENERAL MANAGER (SALES)
Job Summary:
v The General Manager (Sales) is responsible for leading and managing the sales function of the pharmaceutical company.
v This role involves setting sales targets, developing strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the effective marketing and promotion of the company’s pharmaceutical products.
v The GM (Sales) will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and ensuring the company's products are well-represented in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
o A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
o 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
o Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
o In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, products, and regulations.
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
o Frequent domestic travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events..
Personal Attributes:

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per year
