• Deliver engaging Grade 11-12 English Core and Elective lessons aligned with CBSE objectives, integrating digital content and contemporary texts.
• Create annual and unit plans, lesson scripts, worksheets, and formative assessments mapped to Bloom’s taxonomy and NEP 2020 guidelines.
• Track student performance through rubrics, provide personalised feedback, and mentor learners for board exams, Olympiads, and elocution contests.
• Coordinate with subject heads to organise literary clubs, debates, theatre projects, and inter-school competitions that promote language mastery.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom climate, enforce school policies, and collaborate with parents during PTMs.
• Contribute to faculty PLCs, peer observations, and continuous improvement initiatives on instructional innovation and EdTech adoption.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Post-Graduate degree MA or MPhil in English Literature or Applied Linguistics.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification recognised by NCTE.
• Minimum three years teaching Grades 9-12 in CBSE or similar curricula.
• Demonstrated success in board result improvement and activity-based pedagogy.
• Proficiency with smart boards, Google Classroom, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English with neutral accent.
  

Preferred

• Experience as CBSE examiner, evaluator, or question-paper setter.
• Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or Cambridge TKT.
• Familiarity with competency-based assessment tools and analytics dashboards.
• Ability to coach students for SAT, IELTS, or Model United Nations.
