Let me tell you about the role Role Synopsis: The Site Projects Engineering Manager - TSI will join the site projects organization to oversee and lead the bpTSI-based discipline engineering team. They and their team will need to provide engineering expertise, oversight, judgment and support to projects across all the site projects locations. Overview The role will be responsible to successfully distribute the master data across the landscape including MDG, S4 HANA, DDH and downstream applications. The role will be responsible to ensure data consistency, seamless movement of data to avoid any adverse impact to business transactions. The Data conversion and ETL expert for RTR area, will have a good understanding of Data architecture, Data Solutions and Systems capabilities based around SAP S4/HANA as the core platform, and should be able to understand and influence end to end business requirements so that realistic and attainable solution is deployed. Responsibilities Partner with multiple Value Streams to define the data design and data standards for the S/4 migration project Partnership with other sector data leads to integrate the data migration standards and activities. Ensure data consistency across the landscape Development of standards and guidelines for master data interface modelling Support onboarding and KT for project resources commencing S4 migration/deployments projects Develop processes, template and migration tools (ETL) for new objects in scope for S4 deployment Qualifications Bachelors degree required 10+ years of functional experience with data / conversions / interfaces Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements Solves highly complex problems within their work team Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
