Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Rejlers International Engineering Solutions as an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer based in Navi Mumbai, India. Your primary responsibility will be to execute projects and support bids under the guidance of the Head of Discipline, Instrumentation & Control. Rejlers is known for its high-quality engineering and project services in the Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, and Renewable Energy industries, among others. Key Responsibilities: - Assist engineers, design manager, and discipline manager in engineering design tasks for projects. - Verify source data and concept drawings as required. - Prepare and finalize the engineering document deliverable register (EDDR) in coordination with relevant departments according to client/contract requirements. - Generate instrument & automation design deliverables using various tools like MS-Office, Smart plant tools (SPI), AutoCAD, Micro-station, and calculation tools such as Instrucalc and flowel. - Review design outputs including computations, drawings, and specifications. - Coordinate with various disciplines, design subcontractors, and clients for document approval. - Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, health, safety, and quality requirements. - Resolve technical queries with clients and ensure inter-discipline coordination. - Coordinate procurement inputs and participate in FAT. - Assist in preparing as-built documentation and ensure compliance with HSE objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Instrumentation) with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. - Experience with ADNOC projects is advantageous. - Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and proactive approach. - Proficiency in industry-specific software like AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other design tools. - Fluency in English. - Alignment with company values of teamwork, transparency, honesty, and equality. - Team player with a problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
