Must have: AutoCAD, INtools, InstruCalc AutoCAD/ Autodesk Plant 3D/ CADWorx
Good to have: MicroStation, Autodesk Plant 3D/ CADWorx

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Instrumentation Designer shall be responsible for the following activities but not limited to:

• Preparation & review of Instrument Specifications & Datasheets, Instrument index, I/O list
• Preparation of Data Sheets for Pressure & Temperature Gauges, Flow Meters, Control valve, On & Off (MOV) valve, Relief valve and other field instruments.
• Preparation of Field instrument specifications, RFQ & Technical Bid Evaluations.
• Review of vendor documents
• Preparation of Materia take-off (MTO) & instrument cable schedule documents.
• Preparation of all Engineering Documents like Hook-ups, Loop Drawings and Wirings.
• Should have capacity to understand PID and good knowledge of material used for field instruments.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEC, ISA, ISO Standards and International Codes.
• Should be experienced working in both FEED & Detail Engineering in Instrumentation
• Should involve in 3D model review & Inter-disciplinary coordination with Process, Piping & Electrical department
• Preparation of Cause and Effect
• Preferable to be Knowledge in FAT & SAT & Filed Instruments
• Proficient in both Imperial & Metric Units
• Good communication skills
