We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to lead and manage a defined territory, drive the adoption of new-generation paints and waterproofing solutions, and manage its P&L. This position is based in Guwahati.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a defined territory to drive the adoption of new-generation paints and waterproofing solutions.
Design and roll out sales and marketing plans in the assigned geography.
Build rapport and generate business with key influencers/stakeholders, including contractors, builders, key accounts/institutions, interior designers, architects, and repair & restoration consultants.
Develop and manage a network of Channel Partners to generate project leads and drive conversion.
Achieve sales and collection targets in assigned areas/states.
Drive influencer loyalty programs as per organizational policies and ensure benefits extension to influencers as per the defined loyalty program structure.
