We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Terminal Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Crude Oil Terminal. This role will require expertise in terminal operations, pipeline systems, and a hands-on approach to safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in managing operations & maintenance (O&M) activities at an oil & gas terminal, ensuring smooth operations, statutory compliance, and high standards of safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead Terminal Operations: Oversee the full range of terminal activities including receipt, storage, pipeline interface, and dispatch operations in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance. O&M Supervision: Supervise daily operation and maintenance tasks related to crude oil storage tanks, firefighting systems, pumps, valves, piping networks, and utility equipment. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Enforce PTW (Permit to Work) and emergency handling protocols. Team Leadership: Manage manpower deployment, performance monitoring, and oversee shift operations. Act as the primary point of contact for contractor and vendor management. Maintenance Planning: Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, shutdowns, breakdown management, and asset integrity reporting. Ensure thorough documentation and smooth execution. Reporting & Documentation: Supervise the preparation and submission of daily progress reports, compliance records, PTW documentation, and O&M logs to client authorities. Emergency Preparedness: Ensure readiness for internal/external audits, inspections, and participate in emergency response drills. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Build strong relationships with clients, OEMs, statutory bodies, and internal teams. Represent the company with professionalism and operational discipline at all levels. Required Skills & Competencies: Operational Expertise: In-depth understanding of crude oil terminal operations, pipeline operating systems, and related infrastructure. Safety & Compliance: Extensive experience in the implementation of PTW, SOPs, safety compliance, shutdown protocols, and emergency response handling. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tank maintenance, firefighting systems, valve operations, and pipeline integrity management. Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership qualities, capable of managing a diverse team, overseeing performance, and driving operational excellence. Communication & Reporting: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and document compliance, MIS, and progress reports effectively. Educational Qualifications: Required: B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / Petroleum / Pipeline / Industrial Engineering) Alternative: Diploma holders with extensive relevant experience in terminal operations will also be considered.
