Personal Security Officer (PSO)

• Provide professional close-protection for principals during static duty, travel and events—maintain visible and discreet security presence to deter and respond to threats.
• Conduct pre-assignment intelligence and threat assessments; perform advance work, site surveys and route reconnaissance for all movements.
• Operate and manage access control points, CCTV monitoring, perimeter checks and security communications during on-site assignments.
• Coordinate with drivers, local security teams and law enforcement as required; implement layered protection plans and contingency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies—deliver basic emergency medical care and coordinate rapid evacuation when necessary.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, movement reports and after-action summaries; adhere to client SOPs, local laws and compliance requirements.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive protection or personal security officer roles on on-site assignments across India.
• Close protection / executive protection certification or equivalent training.
• Valid Indian driving licence and demonstrated defensive driving capability.
• First Aid / Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
• Practical knowledge of access control systems, CCTV operations and radio communications.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain client- or government-required clearances.
  

Preferred

• Firearms training and licensed weapons handling where legally permitted.
• Prior military, law enforcement or private security firm background.
• Multilingual ability (English plus Hindi or relevant regional languages).
