Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and local transport.
  • Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and corporate functions.
  • Anticipate the Director’s needs and proactively ensure tasks are completed.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the Director.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Presentable, confident, and adaptable to changing priorities.
