Key Responsibilities: Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and local transport. Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and other communications. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion. Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and corporate functions. Anticipate the Director’s needs and proactively ensure tasks are completed. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the Director. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Presentable, confident, and adaptable to changing priorities.
