We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant to support our Director. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and be computer savvy with good command over MS Office, emails, and online tools.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and scheduling
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
• Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and follow-ups
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and track ongoing tasks
• Assist in operational and personal work as required Requirements: • Prior experience in admin or executive assistance (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Location: Goregaon or Virar (should be comfortable commuting between both if required)
