Job Description

As an Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day priorities of the CEO by providing support in various aspects like calendar management, travel arrangements, communication with stakeholders, report preparation, and ensuring smooth execution of business and personal commitments. This high-impact role will give you direct exposure to leadership, strategy, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders. - Draft, review, and manage emails, presentations, and business documents. - Prepare meeting briefs and ensure timely follow-ups on decisions and action items. Operational & Administrative Support: - Assist in preparation of reports, MIS, proposals, and presentations. - Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information. - Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and ensure timely execution. - Coordinate with different departments to align with CEOs directives. Strategic & Business Support: - Conduct market/industry research to support CEOs decision-making. - Provide analytical insights and summaries on key business topics. - Support in business development, investor relations, and client meetings. - Assist in preparing board reports, strategy notes, and presentations. Personal Assistance (as required): - Manage select personal tasks, appointments, and reservations. - Provide end-to-end support in balancing CEOs professional and personal priorities. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field. - 3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting CXOs/Founders. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. - Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of productivity/project management tools is a plus. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. - Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
