Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Yo Yo Job Care Pvt. Ltd. The Personal Assistant will handle executive administrative tasks, manage the CEO’s calendar and daily schedules, and provide support in clerical and general administrative activities. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will coordinate meetings, maintain professional communication, and assist in facilitating efficient decision-making processes for the CEO's day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
• Experience in Diary Management and scheduling
• Strong Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance capabilities
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as email, calendar management software, and spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
