Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting organizational priorities. The role also includes providing personal assistance, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the smooth execution of various operational tasks to support the CEO effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance to effectively support senior executives.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in Diary Management and scheduling appointments.
• Capable of handling Clerical Skills and carrying out Administrative Assistance tasks.
• Excellent time management, communication, and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in using office tools and technology, including calendars, databases, and productivity software.
• Discretion in handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
