Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the CEO’s diary, performing clerical tasks, and offering both personal and administrative assistance on a daily basis.

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Personal Assistance and Diary Management skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in office software tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
