We are seeking a high-caliber, proactive, and culturally astute Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Founder & CEO in managing a rapidly growing education venture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is passionate about education and international exposure, and excels at precision, communication, and discretion. Location: Mumbai or Bangalore, India (with flexibility for travel) Key Responsibilities: · Executive Support: Manage calendar, appointments, and travel plans; coordinate meetings and follow-ups with high-profile stakeholders. · Stakeholder Communication: Draft emails, prepare briefings, and maintain warm, professional communications with business leaders, school heads, and international partners. · Operational Liaison: Act as the bridge between the Founder and internal teams/vendors, ensuring timely execution and clarity across deliverables. · Research & Reporting: Prepare summaries, presentations, and conduct background research for meetings and strategic decisions. · Project Management: Track progress across multiple business streams, ensuring SOP compliance and helping problem-solve logistical or personnel challenges. · Event & Meeting Coordination: Support the Founder in planning events, attending networking gatherings, and managing logistical follow-ups. · Confidential Tasks: Handle sensitive business and personal matters with utmost discretion. · Relocation & Local Support: Assist the Founder in navigating day-to-day logistics in India, including housing, services, local registrations, and integration into the professional and social environment. · Other tasks as necessary: As a key element in supporting a rapidly growing business the candidate may be asked to be hands on with operational tasks Ideal Candidate Profile: · Background: Bachelor's degree or higher; experience in executive support, education, consulting, or startups preferred. · Personality: High integrity, warm presence, solution-oriented, deeply reliable. Skills: o Exceptional written and verbal English o High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity o Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and task management tools o Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills Experience: o Experience liaising with senior leaders or HNWIs o Exposure to international education or global business contexts is a plus Additional Notes: · Open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai or Bangalore. · Ability to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes at short notice. · Weekend availability on occasion, especially around key events or delegations.
