Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Support both personal and professionally
• Willing to travel for domestic and international travel along with the executive
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
• Coordinate and organize events, including team meetings and conferences.
• Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Assist in project management tasks as required by executives.
• Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Aptitude for problem-solving and handling unexpected situations calmly.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
