About the Role

Performance Testing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using
LoadRunner
and related tools.
Define performance test strategies, scenarios, workloads, and benchmarks.
Monitor system performance using
APM tools
(AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.).
Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system scalability.
Utilize
logging tools
and monitoring frameworks to capture metrics and analyze results.
Provide detailed reports on system performance, capacity, scalability, and stability.
Participate in performance tuning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Technologies Required

Strong hands-on experience with
LoadRunner
(mandatory).
Expertise in
Performance Testing methodologies
(load, stress, endurance, scalability).
Knowledge of
APM tools
(AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar).
Familiarity with
logging and monitoring tools
(Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or similar).
Good understanding of system architecture, databases, middleware, and cloud environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in working across
Agile/Scrum
environments.
Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines
for automated performance testing.
