About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with a strong background in the service industry and hands-on experience in Jira for project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering technology-driven solutions within the FMGS sector.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and deliver technology and service-related projects within timelines, scope, and budget.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, operations, vendors, and stakeholders.

·      Define project scope, create detailed project plans, and track progress using Agile/Scrum frameworks in Jira.

·      Oversee requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

·      Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project challenges.

·      Conduct regular project status reviews, update stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

·      Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in line with FMGS industry requirements.

·      Ensure projects comply with security, compliance, and service quality standards.

·      Mentor and guide junior team members in project execution and agile practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      3.5+ years of experience in project management within the service industry (preferably FMGS/consumer goods/retail domain).

·      Strong experience in Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools.

·      Technical background with ability to understand and communicate technical requirements.

·      Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have

. Experience in FMGS/consumer goods industry-specific projects (supply chain, customer service, retail operations).

·      Familiarity with cloud solutions, ERP, or CRM systems.

·      Exposure to process automation and digital transformation projects.
