Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for hospitality, F&B, and club projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for design execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and ensure quality control.

Requirements:

Qualification:
B.Arch from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in F&B, hospitality, club, or restaurant projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Knowledge of local building regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
