Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare construction documents, BOQs, presentations, and design reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients throughout all project stages.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and supervision when required.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project guidelines.
• Create 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs as needed.
• Support senior architects and handle independent project responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 4–5 years of experience in architectural design and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion/Enscape or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and building systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects (customize if needed).
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating both creativity and technical skills.
