Architect

We are Hiring;

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and oversee architectural projects from initial concept and client meetings to final construction.
• Create architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Collaborate closely with senior architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and designs are buildable.
• Develop visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and other vendors during the construction phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's in Architecture (M.Arch).
• Proven experience in architectural design and project coordination
• Strong proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
