Job Title: Performance Senior Analyst - NCT
Location: Pune/Bangalore, India
Role Description
- The Performance Sr. Analyst is responsible for maintaining composite data for the GIPS firm which requires performance for all separately managed accounts, mutual funds, and commingled funds to generate GIPS compliant composite information. There are many users of the composite information.The Performance Sr. Analyst interacts with, compliance, portfolio managers, business managers, client support, consultant services and the data management group.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintains GIPS compliance for DB Asset Management – DWS.
- Timely and accurate composite maintenance and reporting.
- Pooling of like managed portfolios that effectively represents an investment strategy or objective.
- Provide Information that is distributed to clients, prospects and is used for published marketing materials.
- Manage expectations and address inquiries of internal clients (RFP Group, Consultant Relations, Sales Teams, Portfolio Managers, and Marketing).
- Assist with the annual GIPS performance composite audit.
- Identify performance discrepancies and investigate to ensure accuracy amongst all accounts, composite, and indices.
- Generate performance reports based on predefined templates and data sources.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in the performance data include net and gross returns of Portfolios and benchmarks, addition of new products and ensuring accuracy and completeness by validating data against source systems.
- Monitoring, documenting, and managing issues related to business processes with relevant details.
- Track the progress of open issues and ensure timely resolution and escalate unresolved and critical issues and suggest improvements to minimize recurring issues.
Your Skills And Experience
- Should have 3-5 plus years in the Performance function and understanding of GIPS.
- Should be flexible to work in early US Shift timings (4pm IST till 1 AM IST)
- Should have basic knowledge of asset or investment management industry and various financial instrument of US.
- Knowledge of StatPro – Added Advantage
- Must be able to handle several tasks simultaneously, possess strong analytical skills and be detail oriented.
- Should have knowledge of MS Excel advanced functions to manage large amounts of data. Knowledge of writing excel macro plus.
