- Strong technical proficiency with paid media platform nuances, creative testing, audience targeting, bid management, and funnel optimization.
- Working knowledge of tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs, with an ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking setups across platforms.
- Comfortable working alongside business consultants, translating strategic goals into executable campaign plans.
- Data-fluent with ability to analyze campaign metrics, derive insights, and implement automation or AI-driven enhancements.
- Effective communicator, able to explain technical performance details to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior paid media professionals is preferred
What You’ll Do First 30 Days – Strategic Onboarding & Alignment
- Dive deep into Tealbox’s consulting-first approach to performance marketing, including proprietary frameworks, playbooks, and campaign systems.
- Understand how we integrate AI, automation, and analytics to drive performance across diverse client portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with business consultants and other senior team members to align on client contexts, goals, and growth strategies.
- Audit existing client campaigns to identify quick-win optimizations and strategic gaps.
- Start contributing to strategic discussions and planning sessions for active and upcoming accounts.
Next 60 Days – Ownership & Execution
- Take over end-to-end ownership of paid media execution across assigned client accounts, including strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Lead campaign planning and media buying with a cross-channel lens (primarily Meta, with Google/TikTok/LinkedIn as needed).
- Implement advanced creative testing, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and bid strategies.
- Use Tealbox’s AI and automation stack to proactively enhance campaign performance.
- Start mentoring junior Paid Media Executives and Analysts by reviewing their work and guiding tactical execution.
Beyond 90 Days – Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Lead the paid media strategy for key accounts, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and refine scalable campaign playbooks, tracking systems, and reporting templates.
- Partner with creative, analytics, and tech teams to launch full-funnel performance marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to Tealbox’s thought leadership by introducing new testing ideas, platform innovations, and strategic frameworks.
- Actively shape the evolution of the paid media function at Tealbox as we scale.
