AGM/GM-Capital Markets Land Acquisition

You will be responsible for working across various Capital Market services related to land acquisition in the role of AGM/ GM-Capital Markets at Agra. Your key responsibilities will include land monetization under different structures, capital raising for developers, and asset sales for developers/institutions. The Disposition Product you will be dealing with includes land, office buildings, and real estate suitable for redevelopment, sourced from various entities such as corporations, banks, ARCs, and landowners. The funding products will encompass LRD, Construction Finance, and Structured Finance, primarily targeting developers and asset owners. Your duties will involve managing the entire pitching process from sourcing to meetings, creating pitch presentations, and securing mandates. You will also handle the service delivery process post-appointment with the guidance of the Mumbai Capital Markets Director, generating client instructions or mandates for the disposition of institutional investment-grade real estate, land, and fund raising. Ensuring that individual revenue targets are met will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA, CA, or CFA qualification along with 6 to 8 years of experience in Execution and Business Development, particularly in the real estate sector working with developers and institutions. Your skill set should include excellent financial modeling, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders and successfully pitching for and winning institutional business. A sound knowledge of real estate and financing is essential for this position.
