Coordinate effectively with lenders during the appraisal and disbursement processes , ensuring all documentation is accurate and timelines are met. Investment Banking (M&A & Fundraising): Contribute to M&A mandates , including preparing detailed financial models, valuation work, and pitch decks. Organize and manage deal data rooms , ensuring all necessary information is readily available for due diligence. Participate in early-stage commercial negotiations for M&A transactions. Evaluate complex AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) acquisition opportunities , including mapping investment structures, assessing underlying investee valuations, and estimating fund enterprise value to support pricing discussions.
