AVP/VP- Corporate Finance - Real Estate

As an AVP/VP - Corporate Finance, your role involves driving the business of the platform by continuously identifying and generating potential leads for debt, equity, LRD, and structured funding proposals from developers, hotel operators, hotel owners, funds, and corporates. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of optimal business revenue and profitability for yourself and the India business. Collaboration with the corporate office and other group companies is essential to optimize business origination and delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Networking with developers, hotel operators, hotel owners, corporates, and capital providers to secure mandates for debt, equity, LRD, and structured funding proposals. - Establishing connections with lenders and private equity funds to facilitate a smooth processing of proposals. Experience with banks is preferable for this role. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the field of corporate finance.,
