Hiring: SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist – B2B Travel We’re a growing B2B travel company looking for a data-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence, optimize digital funnels, and lead paid marketing across channels. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, who understands the nuances of B2B buyer journeys and travel distribution networks. Key Responsibilities 1. Website & Content Management Oversee updates and improvements on the company website (CMS-based). Ensure SEO-optimized, engaging content for destination pages, product categories, and B2B landing pages. Coordinate with design/content teams to keep the site aligned with campaigns and seasonal demand. 2. SEO Strategy & Execution Drive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility and rankings. Conduct B2B-focused keyword research and competitive audits. Improve page speed, structure, internal linking, and indexability. 3. Paid Media & Performance Marketing Plan, launch, and manage B2B lead-gen campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and industry portals. Monitor CPL, ROI, and lead quality; optimize campaigns based on business conversion metrics. Set up remarketing, performance max, and funnel-based targeting. 4. Analytics & CRO Manage tracking via GA4, Search Console, GTM, and Hotjar. Build dashboards and measure KPIs such as traffic quality, bounce rate, MQLs, and CAC. Run A/B tests and improve conversion rates on forms, landing pages, and CTAs. 5. Digital Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to ensure messaging and targeting align with agent or distributor needs. Stay updated on trends in B2B marketing, travel platforms, and channel strategies. Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership. ✅ What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, paid marketing, and content/web optimization. Experience in a B2B environment (travel, SaaS, or marketplace preferred). Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Data Studio. Clear understanding of lead-gen funnels and long-cycle decision making in B2B. Strong communication and project coordination skills.
