Job Description

About the Role (Work from Office, Chalakudy-Kerala)

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. You’ll be working closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive measurable growth for multiple D2C and service-based clients.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management


  1. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  2. Maintain daily budgets, CPC/CPA targets, and overall performance KPIs.
  3. Monitor campaign delivery and ensure ads run smoothly without downtime.


Creative & Strategy Collaboration


  1. Coordinate with the creative team on ad concepts, hooks, and testing frameworks.
  2. Suggest data-backed improvements for ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels.


Analytics & Reporting


  1. Build weekly and monthly performance reports.
  2. Track and analyse user behaviour using tools like GA4, Meta Events Manager, and UTM tracking.
  3. Identify performance drop-offs and propose corrective actions.


Experimentation


  1. Run A/B tests for audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  2. Implement structured testing systems for scaling clients (TOF/MOF/BOF segmentation).


Client Communication


  1. Join client calls to present insights and next steps.
  2. Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on campaign performance.


Preferred Skills


  1. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  2. Basic knowledge of GTM, pixel setup, and event troubleshooting.
  3. Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and funnel flows.
  4. Comfortable with Excel/Sheets for performance analysis.
  5. Ability to manage multiple brands at once.
  6. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (bonus).


Nice to Have


  1. Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or lead generation funnels.
  2. Experience in D2C brands, local service businesses, or high-spend accounts.
  3. Knowledge of automation tools like WhatsApp/Zoko, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.
