Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Display, and other digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Manage budgets, monitor spending, and ensure campaigns achieve ROI and performance benchmarks.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms.
• Create A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
• Track and optimize lead quality, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and other core performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, display ads, remarketing, and funnel strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to think strategically while managing execution end-to-end.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress).
• Knowledge of SEO basics.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, CRM systems).
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus.
