Wordpress Developer

About the Role:
Omacle is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to manage and enhance our web presence across all business verticals. This role focuses on building, customizing, and optimizing WordPress websites for performance, SEO, user experience, and conversion. You will work alongside our design, marketing, and tech teams to bring digital experiences to life that are both functional and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development & Customization

• Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites using themes, page builders, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP).
• Customize plugins and themes to meet functional and branding requirements.
• Implement pixel-perfect designs provided by the design team.

2. Website Optimization

• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Conduct regular website audits to ensure technical health and SEO compliance.
• Monitor uptime, fix bugs, and ensure consistent site security.

3. SEO & Integrations

• Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, schema, alt attributes, etc.).
• Integrate third-party tools such as CRMs, marketing platforms, analytics, and payment gateways.
• Ensure tracking scripts (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.) are functioning correctly.

4. CMS & Content Management

• Maintain and update content across websites as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to structure landing pages and blog posts for performance.
• Manage media, backups, and database optimization.

5. Technical Collaboration & Troubleshooting

• Work with cross-functional teams to support digital campaigns, web forms, and lead capture mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with latest WordPress updates, plugins, and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Some experience in WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress frameworks (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
• Familiarity with plugins like Yoast SEO, WP Rocket, Contact Form 7, and WooCommerce.
• Experience with cPanel, hosting environments, and domain management.
• Understanding of technical SEO, website analytics, and user experience best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Bonus (Preferred):

• Experience with Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Figma for design-to-code handoff.
• Basic knowledge of website security and malware removal tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
