Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns, executing day-to-day performance marketing tasks, analyzing market research data, developing and implementing lead generation strategies for clients across different industries.

We’re hiring a Performance Ads Specialist to manage and build Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube paid ad strategy across varied industries like Interior Design, Logistics, Sports, Franchises etc.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full lifecycle of all Meta, Google, LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns worldwide with focus on Lead Generation and maximising conversions.
• Optimize & Scale: Relentlessly test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns for strong ROAS and efficient spend.
• Creative Insights: Translate performance data into clear creative briefs for design and content teams.
• Technical Integration: Ensure flawless implementation of Pixel, CAPI, Merchant Center, and YouTube Tags, managing feed quality.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Meta, Google, and YouTube ads ideally in B2B Lead Generation
• Advanced skills in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GTM, GA4, and YouTube Ads Manager.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic mindset.
• Comfortable with handling multiple brands and multiple ad accounts
• Familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest is a plus
