Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer who can independently run high-budget campaigns across platforms and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Telugu and English, and should have prior experience working on government or impact-driven campaigns within Indian geography.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms

● Handle large-scale budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI and campaign efficiency

● Build and manage detailed media plans based on specific campaign objectives — awareness, reach, engagement, or conversions

● Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver regional language creatives and platform-appropriate assets

● Monitor key performance metrics, troubleshoot campaign issues, and continuously improve targeting and messaging

● Present campaign insights and actionable reports to clients and stakeholders

● Ensure compliance with ad platform policies, especially in sensitive or government-related campaigns

Required Skills & Experience:

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns with budgets exceeding ₹10L per month

● Strong command over both Telugu and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

● Proven experience in executing campaigns targeted at Indian audiences, preferably in government, policy, or social impact sectors

● Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting tools like Data Studio or Excel

● Deep understanding of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and platform algorithms

● Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Bonus Points For:

● Experience in political advertising or citizen-focused outreach campaigns

● Familiarity with regional content trends and local engagement strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
