Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate leads for our e-commerce products or websites. The role requires managing ad campaigns, building engaging ad copies and ensuring maximum ROI from paid marketing initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, CPL, and CPA are met.
• Optimize ad spending and budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
• Provide detailed campaign performance reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring their marketing goals are achieved effectively.

Required Candidate profile - Experience on E-commerce and Quick commerce ads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
