Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Between IT, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency with offices in Kochi and UAE, your role will involve planning and executing high-ROI campaigns on various platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads. You will be responsible for driving high-intent traffic to Shopify and eCommerce websites, generating qualified leads, and managing full-funnel strategies to optimize key KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates. Additionally, you will work closely with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages while continuously testing and optimizing ads, audiences, creatives, and sales funnels. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads - Drive high-intent traffic to Shopify and eCommerce websites and convert to sales - Generate qualified leads for service-based and product-based businesses - Manage and optimize full-funnel strategies including retargeting, lookalikes, and cold traffic - Track and improve key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, conversion rates - Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager for tracking and insights - Work with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages - Continuously test and optimize ads, audiences, creatives, and sales funnels Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing - Strong background in Shopify and eCommerce sales growth - Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads - Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, CRO, and ad tracking - Proficient in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, UTM tracking - Results-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple client campaigns - Immediate availability is a strong advantage You will be part of a high-growth environment at Between IT, where you will receive a competitive salary along with performance-based bonuses.
