Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for someone who could take charge of the performance marketing of the BBETTER website. We believe growth is unlocked when intuition is combined with data based decision making. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms, including search, display, and retargeting campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Conduct creative analysis to identify winning angles, formats, and messaging.
• Develop and implement A/B testing plans to improve campaign performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align performance marketing strategies with business goals and budget.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behavior, funnel drop-offs, and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized for performance.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, test rapidly, and iterate fast.
• Strong copywriting sense + understanding of consumer psychology.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-velocity startup environment.
• Ability to manage large budgets efficiently and responsibly.
