Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to meet ROI, CPL, and CPA targets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.
• Analyze funnel performance and recommend strategies to improve conversions.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  .
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other programmatic platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
