Role Overview

Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Create social media videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Product Demos, Explainers).
Add graphics, transitions, text animations, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing managers to develop campaign-specific video assets.
Ensure timely delivery of edits while maintaining high creative standards.
Optimize video formats for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Stay updated with the latest editing styles, trends, and social media video formats.
Manage and organize video assets, raw footage, and project files efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Design, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in video editing (agency or freelance experience is a plus).
Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Knowledge of basic motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Portfolio/reel showcasing previous video editing work is
