Job Description

We are a marketing-focused team working closely with the film and entertainment industry, creating high-impact visual content for movies, OTT platforms, artists, and brands.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and marketing psychology—someone who can turn raw footage into engaging content that drives attention, emotion, and results.

You will work on film promotions, trailers, teasers, social media videos, ads, reels, and branded content, collaborating with marketers, directors, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit promotional videos, trailers, teasers, reels, and short-form content
• Transform raw footage into compelling, market-ready visuals
• Understand marketing briefs and translate them into engaging edits
• Create edits optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, OTT & Ads
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, titles, and basic motion elements
• Maintain brand consistency, tone, and visual quality
• Meet deadlines while handling multiple projects
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams
• Apply feedback and refine edits quickly

Required Skills & Tools Video Editing Tools

• Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)
• Adobe After Effects (Basic–Intermediate)
• Adobe Photoshop (Thumbnails / Posters – Basic)
• DaVinci Resolve (Color grading – Optional)

Audio & Visual

• Sound design & audio sync
• Music selection and pacing
• Color correction & basic color grading
• Text animations & lower thirds

Marketing & Content Knowledge

• Strong understanding of video marketing & audience engagement
• Knowledge of short-form content trends (Reels, Shorts)
• Ability to edit for ads, promotions, and conversions

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in film promotions / entertainment content
• Understanding of storytelling & cinematic flow
• Knowledge of aspect ratios & platform specs
• Motion graphics basics
• Ability to suggest creative improvements
