YouTube Content Writer / Scriptwriter

We are looking for a creative and skilled YouTube Content Writer to join our team and develop engaging, well-researched scripts for our YouTube videos.

You will work closely with our video editors, designers, and SEO team to create content that holds attention and delivers value.

Responsibilities:

• Research trending topics and YouTube formats
• Write 1000–2000 word scripts for video episodes, including hooks and cliffhangers
• Repurpose content into short-form (YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.)
• Collaborate with voiceover artists and creators
• Meet deadlines with a storytelling mindset

Requirements:

• Proven experience writing for YouTube (portfolio or channel links)
• Strong command over English / Tamil
• Excellent storytelling, pacing, and formatting skills
• Ability to write for different tones: Educational / Thriller / Humorous / Informative
• Familiarity with YouTube algorithm and audience retention tactics is a plus

Bonus if you have:

• Previous experience with YouTube channels (link to sample work)
• SEO knowledge for increasing video visibility
• Skills to suggest thumbnails, titles, and keywords
