Video Editor

We are hiring a full-time, in-person Video Editor to primarily edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos. This role is ideal for a fresher who is passionate about content creation, social media trends, and AI-powered editing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Clips) for Instagram and YouTube
• Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and motion elements
• Edit founder-led, product, lifestyle, and storytelling content
• Repurpose long videos into engaging short clips
• Use AI tools to speed up editing, captions, hooks, and visuals
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral styles
• Coordinate with the content and marketing team for daily deliverables
• Maintain organised project files and follow brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to good knowledge of video editing
• Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
• Exposure to AI editing tools
• Auto captions & subtitles
• AI cut/trim tools
• AI music, hooks, or visual enhancements
• Strong interest in Instagram Reels & short-form content
• Basic understanding of storytelling and pacing
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animations
• Understanding of social media analytics (what makes content perform)
• Experience editing brand or creator content
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, After Effects, or AI design tools

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
