Full Time Accountant

Join our dynamic well-known retail and ecommerce brand as a Full-Time Accountant and play a vital role in our financial operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional with 2-3 years of experience to contribute to our growing team in Coimbatore.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and organized Accountant to join our Peelamedu-based office located at Bharathi colony, 2nd street, 641004. In this position, you'll manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and support our finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Process, record, and verify financial transactions and invoices

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and ledgers

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations

• Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation

• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting

• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, GST, and income tax regulations in India

• Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Reliability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
