Job Description (JD) for a Full-Time Farm Manager – Medicinal Herbs: ⸻ Job Title: Farm Manager – Medicinal Herbs Location: Chandigarh- Panchkula- Mohali Work Schedule: Full-time (on-site presence required) Experience: Minimum 1–5 years in farm management, preferably in medicinal/organic farming Salary: [As per industry] ⸻ Job Overview: We are looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medicinal herb cultivation farm. The ideal candidate will have experience in sustainable agriculture, understanding of medicinal plants, and strong leadership skills to manage labor, ensure crop health, and meet quality standards for domestic and export purposes. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily farm operations including planting, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting Plan and implement cropping schedules based on seasonal and market demands Manage cultivation of specific medicinal herbs (e.g. ashwagandha, tulsi, brahmi, etc.) Monitor soil health, composting, and organic input application Maintain detailed records of planting, treatments, yields, and inventory Ensure compliance with organic and export certification standards.
