Job Title: Full-Time Accountant

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years preferred

Salary: [1.44 lakhs to 1.80 lakhs per annum]

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should be proficient in day-to-day accounting tasks, statutory compliances, and have hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all financial records, ledgers, and daily accounting operations

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Coordinate with CA and tax consultants for filing returns

• Monitor cash flow and budget planning

• Maintain and update inventory and asset records (if applicable)

• Support management in financial decision-making with data and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com)

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Proficiency in Zoho Books MS Excel, Email reporting and accounting software

• Good understanding of Indian tax laws and statutory compliance

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Familiarity with filing GST/TDS returns

• Experience working in a small to mid-size business environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Team player with a proactive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
