Role Description

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role focuses on driving measurable results—such as leads, conversions, revenue, and ROI—through data-driven advertising strategies. The specialist will manage ad campaigns end-to-end, monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and ensure continuous improvement of campaign outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as design, content, analytics, and product is essential to deliver effective, on-brand campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5+ years) managing performance/paid media campaigns.
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)

    and

    Meta Ads

    .
  • Proficiency with analytics tools:

    Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, Tag Manager

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    CPC, CPA, CPL, ROI, ROAS, attribution models

    , and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Experience creating and optimizing landing pages (e.g., via Webflow, Unbounce, WordPress).
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecast performance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

  • Perform continuous campaign optimization

    (bidding, audience targeting, creatives, keyword refinement).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs including CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with marketing goals.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to improve performance and maximize ROI.
  • Manage advertising budgets and forecast monthly spend and performance outcomes.
  • Stay updated on performance marketing trends, platform changes, and new opportunities.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and advertising policies.
