House of Abrazo (houseofabrazo.com) is a premium D2C home textile brand selling in India and the U.S. Our campaigns run across Meta, Amazon, and Shopify, and we’re backed by a $10M manufacturing company. We’re now scaling fast and looking for a sharp performance marketer.

Role Summary:

You’ll manage end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with the goal of achieving ROAS > 4 across prospecting and retargeting funnels.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
• Create and test creatives + copy variations (with our creative team)
• Manage daily budgets, bids, and performance tracking
• Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns (cold to warm to hot)
• Track KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and CAC across India and U.S. markets
• Generate weekly reports and insights

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
• Proven track record of achieving ROAS > 4
• Strong understanding of D2C funnel performance
• Must know how to scale campaigns while keeping CAC in control
• Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
