Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with large budgets, deep knowledge of search performance metrics, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. This role involves end-to-end campaign ownership—planning, execution, optimization, reporting, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
Manage daily performance of Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube Ads, UACs, and Performance Max.
Execute high-performing campaign structures, targeting strategies, creative testing, and bidding strategies.
Handle Meta Ads campaigns and manage monthly budgets of at least ₹50 lakhs.
Set up and optimize Responsive Search Ads (RSA) with 15 headlines and 4 descriptions, leveraging DKI (Dynamic Keyword Insertion) to improve relevancy and CTR.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor key metrics such as ROI, CPA, ROAS, and Search Impression Share.
Identify reasons for impression loss (budget vs. ad rank) and implement corrective strategies.
Use web analytics tools and dashboards for insights and continuous optimization.
Apply appropriate bidding strategies such as Max Clicks, Max Conversions, tCPA, tROAS, Target Impression Share, and Manual CPC.
Reporting & Insights
Generate weekly and monthly reports covering performance metrics, revenue impact, trend analysis, and goal tracking.
Present campaign performance during Monthly/Quarterly Business Review meetings.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend data-backed strategy shifts.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Understand business goals and develop PPC strategies that exceed defined objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, competitive landscape, and digital marketing best practices.
Collaborate with leadership on long-term paid marketing strategy and improvements.
Guide team members and contribute to skill development planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SEM, PPC, and paid digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Google Ads extensions (Sitelink, Callout, Structured Snippet, Call, Location, Lead Form, Message, Price, Offer).
Expertise in Google Analytics, campaign optimization, and data interpretation.
Proven ability to manage high monthly budgets (₹50 lakhs or more).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
High integrity, ownership, and enthusiasm for digital marketing.
Awareness of core formulas like ROAS = Company Revenue / Marketing Spend.
Ability to apply demographic and location targeting at campaign/ad-group levels.
