Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Meta campaigns

  for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
• Manage campaign budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive ROI improvements across accounts.
• Perform

  keyword research

  , audience targeting, bid management, and conversion optimization.
• Write and review

  ad copies, headlines, and CTAs

  for higher CTR and lead quality.
• Collaborate with the

  design and content team

  to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable insights and weekly reports.
• Coordinate directly with

  clients

  to understand objectives, present reports, and communicate optimizations.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and new ad formats.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of proven experience in

  performance marketing

  (agency background preferred).
• Expertise in

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  .
• Knowledge of

  conversion tracking, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, GA4)

  , and remarketing strategies.
• Strong

  analytical and communication skills

  for client coordination and campaign reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
• Certification in

  Google Ads or Meta Blueprint

  will be an added advantage.
